"Digitisation and climate protection must continue to be driven forward intensively despite and because of the current Corona crisis," said Alexander Bonde, Secretary General of the Deutsche Bundesstiftung Umwelt (DBU). Accordingly, the foundation is consistently continuing its Green Start-up Special Programme. The teams Free-D Printing (Bochum), circularfashion (Berlin), Hybrid-Airplane Technologies (Baden-Baden) and cirplus (Hamburg) will receive a total of half a million euros in technical and financial support. Since last summer, 16 start-ups have already received funding totalling around two million euros. The aim is to give creative minds the chance to address the pressing issues of our time. Innovative and green solutions are being developed for the agricultural, energy and transport transition.
